Kenneth W. Boras
Chief Executive OfficerMr. Boras has stewarded BCS' growth to a full service consulting firm. He brings clients over 30 years of expertise in energy, management consulting, program evaluation, and project management. He has provided extensive technical and analytical services to Federal, state and private sector clients. He has personally managed and provided technical insights on hundreds of projects and tasks in six Federal agencies, five national Laboratories, three state governments, four private-sector companies, and over ten industry trade organizations. Mr. Boras has a M.S. in Mineral Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, a M.A. in Science, Technology and Public Policy from The George Washington University, and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Elizabethtown College.
Kenneth M. Green
Senior Vice PresidentMr. Green has 25 years of experience in the energy field. He has provided economic and market analysis for private-sector clients in the oil and gas, cogeneration, and renewable energy industries. He has extensive experience supporting federal and state energy programs in the areas of energy efficiency and renewable energy research and development, energy emergency preparedness and response, and energy technology export development. Mr. Green holds a MBA in International Business from Thunderbird and a B.S. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute®.
Jillian R. Fisher
Vice President, Communications and OutreachMs. Fisher has 17 years experience in the communications field, including 10 years managing government communication activities. Her work with client programs and organizations extends to all aspects of communication and outreach planning, implementation, and evaluation. This includes market research, strategic planning, media outreach and public relations, branding and template development, outreach material design and development, technical writing, and event planning. Prior to her position with BCS, Ms. Fisher worked in marketing as a senior copywriter and marketing coordinator for software companies in Denver, CO, and Annapolis, MD. She has an M.A. in Mass Communication from Towson University and a B.A. in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College.
Puja Bisht, PMP®
Vice President, IT and Business ManagementMs. Bisht brings over 12 years of experience in IT and management consulting, delivering and implementing technology solutions for business needs. She has overseen a number of mission support projects for clients, where the scope of work has included program management, business process management and reengineering, data analysis and modeling, process automation, system development, system implementation and helpdesk, business intelligence solutions, and reporting. Her agile, solutions-focused, and customer-driven approach to IT and management consulting has garnered her several recognitions from clients and a steadily growing clientele. Ms. Bisht has a B.S in Computer Engineering from Capitol College and she is working towards an M.S. in Information Systems at the Johns Hopkins University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute®.
Robert D. Naranjo, PMP®
Vice President, Technology and AnalysisMr. Naranjo is the Vice President of Technology and Analysis for BCS, Incorporated, overseeing three of the company's business units—Science & Engineering, S&T Policy Analysis, and Economic & Market Analysis. He has 13 years of experience in technical analysis and management consulting, including 10 years in government consulting, and has led several analytical and outreach projects for a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sector. Mr. Naranjo's work includes management and oversight of extensive research, industry, and market analysis, development of R&D portfolios, technology roadmaps, organizing and facilitating portfolio reviews, and meeting planning. He has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado-Boulder, Leeds School of Business and a B.S. in International Business from Georgetown University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute®.
James Veres
Chief Financial OfficerMr. Veres has more than 25 years of federal contracting experience in managing corporate operations and supporting government clients. He has worked in large and small organizations and is currently responsible for leading BCS’ accounting, human resources, and contracts administration activities. Mr. Veres holds an M.A.S. from Johns Hopkins University in Information Technology Management, and a B.S. in Finance and Management from the University of Steubenville.
