DOE/NNSA Enterprise Wide Technical, Engineering and Programmatic Support Services (TEPS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

Period of Performance: 11/01/2017–10/31/2022

Scope: BCS has a Contract Teaming Arrangement (CTA) with the MELEMAX Team on the TEPS BPA. The TEPS award has a ceiling of $400 million. This contract enables DOE/NNSA to efficiently access qualified contractors to meet technical, engineering, and programmatic services. Any DOE Office may use this NNSA BPA to award task orders.  The BPA is comprised of the following seven BPA Task Areas:

  • Program Management Support Services

  • Nuclear Engineering Subject Matter Expertise & Analytical Support

  • Training Support

  • Security Management Support

  • Emergency Operations (Domestic/International) Support

  • Nuclear Non-proliferation Support

  • Environmental Management and Sustainability
