The BCS multimedia conference facility is great for business meetings, training sessions, group team building, etc. The venue can fit 10–100 people in a variety of room styles. BCS also offers full event management/planning, graphic arts, marketing, and information technology services for meetings.

- Conveniently located in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor, minutes from BWI airport
- 2,000 sq. ft. meeting space equipped with state-of-the-art surround-sound speakers, two 90-inch retractable screens, two high-definition LCD projectors, and an air wall to create a smaller room.
- Conference tables outfitted with internet inputs and electrical outlets for laptops
- Media server for meetings requiring Web or audio conferencing, live Web demonstrations, wireless Web browsing, wireless microphones, or wireless projection capabilities
