Association of State Energy Research and Technology Transfer Institutions:
In 2011, BCS was awarded a contract to provide marketing, outreach, and program development support for the Association of State Energy Research and Technology Transfer Institutions (ASERTTI).
U.S. General Services Administration New England Region:
In 2011, BCS was awarded a contract to develop six case studies for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region. The case studies profile completed renewable energy and energy efficiency projects where GSA used innovative technologies to reduce energy costs, achieve energy goals, and respond to new federal initiatives.
Professional Engineering Services:
In 2011, BCS was awarded access to the Professional Engineering Services (PES) supply schedule (Special Item Numbers 871.1 for Strategic Planning for Technology Programs/Activities and 871.2 for Concept Development and Requirements Analysis) under the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Science:
In 2011, BCS was awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Science to edit and design the Department’s first-ever Quadrennial Technology Review (QTR).
